Count me in! This is a great idea. I would probably love to throw a catalogue party where people freely come and go and expand their shopping app.
I'm not opposed to a courtesy tip for this kind of thing but it's always seemed ridiculous to me to charge much for someone to just Look At something sitting around in your closet taking up space.

If I can give a suggestion, I think it'd be good to post what you have in the Nooks and Able Sisters, via screenshot, because I think just stating broad statements doesn't help give the person good visual what's in store. (or you could list it, but pictures > words)
I do that in a small acnh discord I'm in. It also help the free traders keep revisiting the thread and not let it die in the fast moving sub-forum.

Do you perhaps know of a website that easily lets you keep track? Putting in all images in a list by hand is very time consuming. Would be awesome if there was a way to keep track of all diy's and catalog items that can be shared with others

theres a few websites that allow you to make a list of sorts, https://villagerdb.com/ and https://nookazon.com/ come to mind.
i'd love to offer my services here as well! i have a stupid amount of cosmos i want gone and i can craft some seasonal stuff since i horde materials like a nut. really all i want is some park esc furniture, beach furniture or stuff that looks nice outdoors. if anyone needs anything like that feel free to lmk!

As for me, I don't think I can offer regular trades or services, but I'll invite people to my island for free to shop, if a villager is crafting something cool, if Kicks or Celeste is visiting, or if I have a meteor shower.
I would also be interested in doing cataloging with other people.
