I have added a new rule!

I've half enforced this already, but.. Villagers #1 - #12 of Tier One in my popularity thread (or you can find the villagers in the rules section on the first post of this thread), will now require dreamy proof! This can be put into a sig picture (preferred), or written into your signature, but it must be clear!

If anybody posts requesting a villager that now requires dreamy proof and does not have it.. They will be rejected, sorry.
