Have you ever almost fell a sleep and felt like you were falling, then twitched and you were awake again?

Just a question.

I hate it.

Yeah, it happens to me often. It annoys me, since I'm usually in REM sleep when I do wake up twitching.

I think I like have a the dream of waking up and then falling of my bed and right before I wake up I jerk and gasp.
