I just got to say that now. I don't get how you can gold in that tour. I don't.

You know how in this game when the characters dig up items, and they show it off with that 'uh oh' sound effect? Well it does that on that tour too when time is counting down and, like Isabelle's long forced tutorials, you can't skip it. And even worse when you dig up a non matching item, the game talks on and on while again the time is counting down And you have to find ten pairs in the elite item matching tour.

It's not possible to get gold in that tour, unless you have x ray vision and the ability to stop time or something.

Sorry, I'm just really annoyed right now. i attempted that tour and failed horribly.

I highly doubt you're able to do it alone. I think you're intended to do it with 3-4 people, and either have voicechat, Skype, or be IRL to coordinate. I've done it with three and got gold so it definitely is possible! With one, however, it's damn near impossible unless you develop a system to remember where stuff is, or write it out on a diagram or something. But even then, I doubt you can get gold alone.

Oh I was supposed to do that with other people? Whoops. They should have included that in the instruction manual. XD

Yeah, that tour is NOT possible to do alone.

XD

Yeah I've gotten pissed off with that tour before, I just can't see how it can be done alone...and like you said, they should have a recommendation that you do it with a group!

I never bother with the matching tour, the time to medal ratio isn't worth it. (And it's hard!)
The elite hide and seek tour is the best way to get medals, watch your step and you can get 13 medals in about 3-4 minutes.

Heck, the scavenger tour gives a lot of medals for easy mode (9 to be exact)
Super easy to identify the furniture you need, and I usually get the tour done within 2 minutes because that's HOW EASY IT IS!

Yeah, I agree, I think some tours you're meant to do with other people, especially elite ones.

I tried the Elite Hide and Seek tour and almost threw my 3DS in frusteration. They hide pitfall seeds behind trees and after I fell in the 10th one I gave up and just let the time run down. I wish there was a way to buy medals with IGB because these tours are annoying.

I'll just stick to the easy and advanced ones and leave the elite ones alone because the elite ones are going to be the death of my 3DS. Even though the medal payoff is less. The only reason I'm putting myself through this is because there is a cabana item I want to get. And of course it's 40 medals so you HAVE to do tours.
