The detail in this game is insane

So recently I got the bamboo grass, a Japan only item that I had to get through a trade being a NA player. I was shocked that when I checked it once I put it in my house, I was able to read the individual wishes put onto the tree despite not being able to get this item normally! I’m shocked the developers bothered to have it say any sort of text in a version that doesn’t even have this item available without a trade!

Just a cool detail that I wanted to share.

Yesss it's so cool. Wish they added all those items into all versions so you didn't have to trade like a madman but I guess thy want us to buy all 394 regional versions lol.

I never knew that they actually translated those wishes and that you can read them. Then again,
I never had that item placed in my house for so long to noticed this.

Oh, wow! That is so cool. I don't own the bamboo grass but I kind of wish I did, now even more so. I had no idea the item was interactive and that you could read the wishes.

Yes, I love this detail! I think it did it in the AC gamecube too, you have to touch at different angles to read all the notes, I think I remember.

I think the translation team just translates all of the text that's in the game, to them this probably wasn't any different than translating Isabelle's opening dialogue after the title screen

But yes it is still very cool

I'm not surprised that it is translated, everything in the game is translated, or the developers put in different dialouge.

I just wish I had one so I could read the wishes in Spanish and see if they differ from the English wishes.
