Okay, here's the story. I've always wanted to rediscover my love for Pokemon, but I never managed to do so until my friend and I had a bit of a competition, to see who could beat Pokemon Platinum first. Also, after each Gym, we battled each-other. I enjoyed that so much, that I'd like to do something similar with you guys! Here's how it's going to work.

How it's Going to Work
1. After every Gym Leader you defeat, you get one battle point. You can use these points to challenge any other competitor to a battle. It doesn't matter if you have seven badges, and they have one. You can only battle every competitor once, but if you challenge them and they decline, you can challenge them again. If you are challenged to a battle, you don't have to accept. However, if you decline, the person that challenged you gets to penalize you with one of the following penalties:

Dark Pokeball
This penalty forces the competitor it has been used on to permanently box a Pokemon of the users choice.

Unfair "Trade"
This penalty requires the victim to trade their fourth highest leveled party member to the user. Also, the victim must use the Pokemon they were traded for the rest of the game, unless someone uses a Dark Pokeball, or Unfair "Trade" on it.

If you defeat you opponent in a battle, you receive a reward of your choice. The rewards are as follows:

Stopwatch
This reward gives you an extra 25 minutes to play your game, on the day that you choose to use it.

Holy Pokeball
This reward allows you to unbox one Pokemon that has been boxed by a Dark Pokeball. Be careful who you use it on, though, because you can only get one...

Release
This reward allows you to box a Pokemon that you were forced to use by the effects of a Dark Pokeball.

2. Once one challenger defeats the Elite 4, (and Champion) every competitor (including them) has four days to prepare for the "Final Battle". The Final Battle is a tournament that every challenger takes part in, once one challenger defeats the Elite 4. After the four days end, every challenger must reveal how many badges the have, and how far they are in the game. Also, after these four days, they can't play their games until the tournament begins.

Rules

1.
You must use a copy of Pokemon Diamond or Pearl. You also need working Wifi.

2
. You can only play for 45 minutes per day. This is because some people may have more free time than others, so it has to be made fair somehow, right? Also, these 45 minutes have to be spent in one sitting. You can't play for five minutes in the morning and forty during the evening. If you don't play one day, you are not entitled to 90 minutes the next day. If you take notes while playing, feel free to pause your stopwatch (or whatever you're using) to write down a quick note. But you have to turn it back on as soon as you start playing again!

3. Please update as often as you can. It is preferable that you update daily, but if you go over a week without updating, you will be disqualified. If you are going to be somewhere without internet access for over a week, please contact me. I'm sure we'll be able to work something out.

4. Have fun! If, at any time, you aren't having fun, feel free to drop out. The entire point of this challenge is to have fun, so I don't want anyone to feel like the absolutely HAVE to play, even if they aren't enjoying it.
