The CAT Machine

Does anybody else think that the CAT machine looks tacky? I wish they matched the theme of the Town Hall instead of being an orange thing that just looks super out of place (at least with the zen theme that I have). Also, it's kind of annoying that it says it's new every single time... It's been there for over a month... A year from now it will still say it's new. Whyyyy??

Yes, exactly! If our mailboxes are customisable, then why not the CAT machine? It's just so distracting and modern the way it is now.

And another thing is why can't Cyrus just paint the cat machine for us? Nintendo could of at least made it the same color as the grass or something. Now I'm extremely annoyed xD

I was wondering about that as well. I like orange and all but I can see why it would annoy others for not matching with their town. Maybe if the game gets an update again, we could get it customized. =v=

It'd be cool if we could customize it, but tbh, if it wasn't such an obnoxious shade of orange, I'd truly forget it was even there...which I somehow always end up doing anyway. Even when it's flashing I sometimes don't notice it until I'm close enough to hear that beeping noise.

I'd rather forget about it than have it stand out so I'll notice it every time. After all, every time you'd want to buy something from the campground, you'll most likely remember to check your coupons there.

It actually looks nice with the Zen Town Hall that I have in my main town.

But in my other towns, especially Chocolat it looks awful! Chocolat has the Fairy-tale one.

I actually hate it with the zen because the zen looks all wooden and natural, and then the cat machine is orange and plastic looking. But I can see that it looks the worst with the fairytale theme for sure.

I don't think Nintendo anticipated people to care about it much. I barely pay attention to mine because I have tons of coupons.

I don't see why they put it right outside the town hall though, in my opinion I think they should have put it next to the ABD in the post office so it isn't so blatantly in the way of things

That would make even more sense since that's where the coupons are used Outside the town hall was just a bad idea

This is how I feel about it too! I just forget it's there now, even though it's bright orange. I haven't remodelled my town hall yet so maybe it blends better against the default building, but if it wasn't for the beeping I really wouldn't notice it. I never thought about customising it but now that you mention it I'm more surprised that the option wasn't included. Seems like an oversight on Nintendo's part.

It looks like it's a cheap kids toy. I wish it was inside the town hall on the wall or something so it wont stand out so much.

Why do we have to go to the machine to get the coupons in the first place.
When we complete a task and we get the stamp for it, just give us the coupons right then and there.
