The April Fools Day thread!

Since it's April Fools I thought it'd be fun to make a thread and talk about the event.


What pictures did you get?
Did you use a guide or did you guess on your own?
Aaaaand are you planning on getting the pictures on all your characters or just your mayor?


Personally I find the event a little annoying but it's still cute and a nice way to get photos which I don't otherwise get. How about you guys?



(Also it seems you can't get -all- the photos on second characters. Blancha quit on me after only four of them. Wonder why.)

I was able to get pics of all the dreamies I have there right now, except for Savannah. I also got two or three pics I'd like to sell or trade later on. I used the Wikia and didn't get Blanca's pic.

I guessed on my own instead of using a guide, I figured it would be more fun that way. I only got their pictures on one of my characters, since I already have the pictures of most of my current villagers (I time travelled a few months ago just to get the pictures of some villagers I was trying to move out) and getting three or four copies of the same villager pictures would be too much.

That's weird that it happened to you, I managed to get all the pictures on the side character I used. Maybe it was a glitch?

You don't get Blanca's picture today, I'm pretty sure you get it in the mail the next day.

I didn't even ask my villagers what they wanted or any of the April food details and intended not to use a guide, kinda like you. It made it about 10x more fun for me.

I got everyone's picture except Katt's and Marshal's - 8/10. I'm pretty satisfied.

No, I mean. I didn't get all the villagers right. I never did this event before, so I had no idea what was happening until I Googled Blanca.

I admit I used the guide on the Animal Crossing Wiki when I couldn't figure it out on my own. For both of my towns. Does that make me a bad person?

Yeah I used the guide... I got all of the villagers, Bonbon, Stitches, Marshal, Phil, Rudy, Anhka, Lucky, Chief, Annalisa and Agnes...

Agnes was my favourite... she couldn't say doppelg?nger, so she kept saying Wafflehanger... lmao!

Got the pictures of all my villagers. I always feel cheap getting them this way, but it is an official in game event so I suppose it's all the same..

I only use one character, and I got pictures of Muffy, Marina, Jacques, Pippy, Savanah, Beau, Naomi and Amelia.

I'm a dirty cheater. I used a guide on the Wiki to figure out who is who. But I did get everyone's pictures..... Please don't judge me....

I'm a cheater. I ain't afraid to admit it. Got everyone's pictures, though, and I'm looking forward to getting Blanca's tomorrow. Did anyone notice she seems to have the same voice as smug villagers when she isn't disguised?

I used the wiki on Bruce, Kid Cat and almost Chrissy, because I didn't know about Bruce and Kid Cat much. Chrissy, I knew about her birthday, but I just wasn't sure. I semi-cheated anyway.

Oh no, I do not want to do it again on my other characters, just my mayor will do.

I'll be selling all my villager pics away because I feel it as easy to get them, I prefer to get the pics legitimately.

I just lose my patience after an hour and take anything that isn't on a path/crushing hybrids. It's my third go and I'm tempted to keep her where she's at. which is pretty good actually.

I see. I'm pretty patient when it comes to plot resetting. I remember it took 3 days to get Stitches in the right spot.
