In every town, there's that lonely corner or abandoned spot where no villagers go. Ever.
Where is the lonely spot in your town? Do you have more than one?

For me, it's this little part at the edge of town overlooking the private beach, right next to the train track. It's this tiny piece of land stuck between the river and tracks and the cliff. I've never seen a villager go there, and I rarely go there myself.

I have that same map feature. Now that I think about it, I kind of want to get some trash and turn that area into a mini-slum. It would be kind of unique.

I have the same type of map. On one side I put the Cafe and put a bench right next to it and I don't think I've ever seen a villager near that area or sit on the bench. But then again, even I don't go in that area except when I'm landscaping so I wouldn't know.

the extreme right of the tracks where is my 3rd character home
and the left side of the south where is my 4th character house that watches the sea

My eastern beach is always empty because no one lives near it. I guess my plaza isn't visited often but occasionally I'll see a villager up there. Surprisingly I saw Chief up there at one point, and his house is on the opposite side of the map. He was running around with his little watering can tending the flowers, what a star.

For the longest time no villager would land in the north side of the river, until I got Walt and he ruined a crossroad in my path. So once he left I placed a centerpiece there. Now villagers land to the north of the river, but usually just 2 at a time.

Villagers never seem to be wandering in the north west quarter of my town, where the plaza is. Tangy lives on the edge, but always wanders east. And Eloise never seems to wander north of the river, even though she's very close the bridge!

The northern part of my town is often villager free. All my villagers live below the river, so they rarely go pass the bridges.

I have a little cliff overlooking the private beach up at the north west corner of my town and the only way to get to it is by walking along a very narrow path between the river and the train tracks, I put the campsite on this cliff but no one ever seems to go there. Bianca's house used to be right at the start of that path, at the corner of the river, and she never ever walked down there, she would always go south instead. I wonder why no one ever goes down there, I'm sure all the villagers that come camping get lonely now that I made them completely isolated from the rest of town and as a bonus no one even comes to visit them! There is also a small cliff area down in the South East corner where the cliff overlooks the beach. I put The Roost there and had some space to the right (basically sandwiched between the roost and the cliff face that boundaries the town) so I placed a bench as well as some hybrids, trees and bushes to make a cute little sitting area overlooking the sea. Of course, all my hard work has completely gone to waste as absolutely no one ever goes around there! (I'll have to just sit on my adorable hybrid-surrounded bench by myself then!)

The spot around the new campground, I have a character named Mia living near it. It used to be busy there (since there were so many villagers that live around there) now it's barren and empty and no sign of animal life, and little plant life. I've recently put a caampsite around there, it's a developing area, one day it will be filled with lots of trees and flowers, but still no animals because it's the peaceful area, and it should always be that way.

My villagers are pretty spread out all around my town, but I never see anyone in the northwest corner of the map, which is where town hall, the police station, and Re-Tail all are. To be fair, the bridge I plan on having there that connects to the southern half of the map isn't there yet, otherwise I think I might see a handful wander up there. The entire western part of my map really doesn't get that many villagers though.

I think we have the same map because that exactly describes the place in my town that no one goes to

I also have a little piece of land next to the tracks and river. only hazel goes there because she lives there, but even she rarely stays there and always ventures out to the plaza. must be lonely u_u

I have this small area of land between the train tracks and the river where no houses can go, and only one small PWP can fit in the area. So I just filled it with pine trees. I haven't seen any villagers in that area.

The upper side of the river has no homes, I made it a point to put everyone below the river, it's the residential area. The house most secluded is mine but not by much.

My villagers spend most of the time around the lower island of my town, where I built a minipark and they usually sit down on the benches. Other than that, they rarely go to the plaza or to the right part of my town, next to the cliff that leads to the beach.

i have a really empty space next to my retail that's like near train tracks and my campsite. there's no houses in that area and just hybrids, i still need to figure out what to do with it /:
