That moment when you're trying to catch a beetle or fish and your thumb betrays you by either pressing or slipping off the A button....

I missed about 4 sharks and 3 golden stags and 2 horned hercules

bye bye bells...

i think i've done the same thing, though now i've been noticing it's been harder for me to take pictures (my l and r buttons must be starting to get less responsive or something). i figured since that also related to buttons, i should mention it

btw, very nice taste in avatar miraculousgiraffe

haha, had experience the same feeling many times - especially you're concentrating really really well and BAM! gone.

Also when the fish bites on the first nibble, when you're expecting 3 or 4 nibbles - that hurts. I would always be to late to press A.

My finger has slipped to many times, or i've accidentally pulled back early. It's always a pain when they're worth 10,000 or more.

This happens to me all the time with sharks, I always get too excited and end up hitting the button when the wrong sound plays. Either that, or it unexpectedly takes a bite on the lure as soon as I cast out into the water. '-'

Though I've never had a problem with scaring off beetles due to prematurely releasing the A button, fortunately enough.

I hate it when that happens!! Usually the fish nibbles 3 times so I was ready for it but it went in for a 4th nibble. Not expecting that, I pulled back and my very large fish got away T^T.

First bites are the worst because they happen so fast. You're lucky with the beetle thing. My finger either slips or I get distracted looking for a shark fin and walk right past a tree with a beetle on it scaring it off -__-

Oh I hate that! I always imagined a bag of bells floating away every time this happens.

Last night I think I lost a Gar due to hitting it too soon. It was late in the evening in my summer town and was getting tired.
The fish was in the lake and very long. Sometimes it can be just the Dorado.
