When you manage to get a moving ping from a villager you've been wanting out for a long time who is in the way. Today that villager was Portia. Although she was originally a dreamie, when I plot reset her I wasn't really thinking about it and I just let her plot anywhere, but after moving Fuchsia out I decided where she used to live I wanted to put the cafe. So I managed to put the cafe there and then I later decided I wanted to put a bridge leading to the cafe. Only to find out Portia's house was supposedly in the way even though i'm pretty sure there was enough room for a bridge. So I decided that I had to move her out, and finally after all that time she finally pinged to move out! Which I gladly accepted.

What villager were you the happiest about when they asked to move?

that oaf Olaf-- hated him so much that I've never invited another smug to live in my town ever since (they are banned). and even after I gave him the green light to move out, dude kept moping and crying and saying he didn't know where he was gonna move to, i was worried he was gonna change his mind, but fortunately that annoying ardvark hightailed it out right no time.

Nope, whenever a villager has the little 3 blue rectangles above their head and you walk over to them and they ask you about moving or a PWP or something completely random it makes a ping sound. So it's called a ping.

I literally hated her so much. She sold me a fake painting and I was furious.
I would hit her with a net, and never talk to her.
I literally iusdnflufdhgaoidufhaldig and then she wanted to move and THIS LIL' TURDNUGGET SAID
"Ohahahahahah jk imma stay bc i wanna get to know u"
and I was like oh okay let me just quit and load again, and she said she'd move.

god that was so long ago and thinking about it now still makes me angry lmao

al - he was a starter and i just hate the ape villagers. i just think their design is so hideous(boone isn't too bad imo) and i hate the bigger villagers for the most part. i couldn't wait for him to leave.

Same here with Al. He wasn't one of my starters, but he was one of the first people to move in and oh my god he moved his house LITERALLY right on my doorstep. Uggghhh, that definitely one of the worser months of my acnl town.

Mine was Peggy. I lost Muffy due to a bridge error and was wished it was Peggy house in the way.
Seeing her everyday made me unhappy so I said yes to the move. She tried to change her mind but I left the game without saving.
TT to the box day and had my spare town pick her up so she didn't go to void. She lives in a town called Weeds that just grows weeds right now.
Once she left the town was more fun to play in.
