Thank you, Staff! (…Is it too early?)

Yeah it's never too early or late to thank someone for the work they put into a project (in this case being these amazing events) There was definitely a lot of behind the scenes planning as well as keeping everything running as smoothly as it can. And I haven't seen any noticeable hiccups. So amazing job all around.

It's never too early to give thanks. I've already done it several times, and the event hasn't finished yet! :giggle:
Even with my missing time (for reasons), I never expected to have this much fun participating. The one single regret I have is for something stupid I unintentionally did and wish I didn't, yet I was allowed to keep playing.
I cannot compare with other events since this was my first, but it really shows how much time, thought and effort the admins put into this to make it great for us  THANK YOU LOTS!

I TOTALLY agree with this! It's events like these that bring people together in online communities such as TBT and are also what helps keep it active, this event is clearly doing both! A massive thank you to everyone involved in making this possible!!

Thank you staff! I actually helped run a lot of activities on a forum and online conference last summer for my job (pandemic sent our yearly writing conference online) and it was a HUGE amount of work to make sure everything was working, posts got replies, questions were answered, events were fun and varied and widely accessible—and I was being paid for my time! I’m in awe of the dedication of TBT staff who put these events together free of charge. You guys really went the extra mile to include tiny details that made the camp shine!

I would like to call out one thing specifically that I think NEEDS recognized. We have repeatedly complained mentioned that we would like to not have to worry about catching restocks on event collectibles, while trying to strategize token spending. ALL purchasable collectibles were unlimited this time! THANK YOU, STAFF for trying this out, whether intentionally or unintentionally. While I don't expect it to be the case for all events, I think it's safe to say that everyone enjoyed a break from "stock anxiety", as I'll dub it.

AND! The backdrops were affordable!! No one can argue with the price of 1 bell!

Thank you so much staff for this event. My mental health had been at its lowest point sometime before this event, but since the start of this event I feel like some of the stress has been weighing less heavily or been lifted completely. I won’t deny I am still troubled but have been doing my best to try to manage as best as I can and still have fun. I used to not like all the art prompts because I had and still have low confidence in my art skill, but honestly I had the most fun with the art prompts ☺️. It was a perfect opportunity to experiment more and improve my art skills a little (I realize just draw a lot doesn’t by itself improve art skills). I won’t deny that I felt a bit discouraged at times seeing the more talented artists works but at the same time it brought me great joy regardless how much I want that rainbow. I find it so fascinating to see how everyone interprets and illustrates the same subject or theme since everyone has different styles.

I loved seeing the friendly/competitive banter too.

I honestly think this may have been my favorite tbt event that I’ve participated in. :)

Thanks staff for your hard work! I love the banners and the collectible’s designs ☺️. Such talented artists among the staff too. I hope the staff had a chance to enjoy the event too :).

Staff, y'all are amazing for organizing this event, given all the coordination, creativity, and imagination needed to bring all the pieces together into one cohesive event for everyone to enjoy! 💜

Thank you so much for your time and efforts; I had a ton of fun. 😊 This was a lovely way to end the season, especially with not having an opportunity to take personal time off from work. Going to miss my cabinmates so much! 💚

Alright, I waited until my computer was charging so I could actually type this instead of mobile because I knew it could take so long😅

First I want to say thank you SO MUCH to the Staff for holding this event! At first I was pretty stoked like, 'okay this could be fun,' but then so many other things just made the experience better and better. You guys really outdid yourselves. The collectibles are beautiful and so well designed! I think everyone was really excited when they came out. Also, the activities were a blast! I had a little bit of fun going out of my comfort zone and showing my talents. It was a lot of fun to see everyone else's submissions as well! You guys are all so good!

Next, thanks so much for all your hard work Poliwags! I already said some things in our cabin, but I will repeat, your efforts were amazing and I'm so proud of our cabin! Everyone else did so good too! Technically the event isn't over, but I'm so impressed on everyone's gifts and abilities. Here are some of my favorite things in each cabin:
Melon Ballers: Best artists! Of course, everyone did super good when it came to the artwork, but all of you in particular had such pretty works of art! Also definitely best flag. Kind of plays into the first one, though💗
Crystal Ballers: Cleverest cabin! You guys did super good on Mysterious Masterpieces. I could tell you were very organized and ready for your next challenge. I'm really impressed💙
Evergreen: Funniest cabin! With roasting us poliwags for having bad hygiene on day 1, to creating your cabin flag to be a literal meme, you all keep on cracking me up! You guys are totally the life of the party💚
Buzzy Bees: Happiest campers! You all were so sweet and fun! Your cabin spirit with the Cheer Thread, and kindness towards everyone was really enjoyable! I love you guys💛
Poliwags: BEST CABIN EVER!

This has really made my last three weeks so much fun. I guess this whole post is pretty mushy, and I'm sorry for that. I just really think that everyone deserves a shoutout and I could go on for hours talking about how much fun I've had with this event. I guess you could call this whole event in-tents (please excuse my bad puns)

A thank you song to the tune of Hey All You People from Spongebob:

Hey all you people,
hey all you people,
hey all you people,
won't you listen to me?

I just finished camping,

I haven't posted here yet, but the staff did an amazing job putting this whole thing together, as always. I also thought this was a great opportunity for some of the new staff members to shine and they surely did. Thank you to everyone for planning and hosting this fun event! It's been a blast!

Thank you to all the staff! I posted some thank-yous already for some of the events but I wanted to extend thanks to every staff member who took their precious time and energy to plan and host this event. I think a lot about how much fun these kinds of events are and how happy I feel when other people interact with me so positively. Big Covid™ has made it hard to find community so I doubly appreciate events like this that help me feel like I'm a part of one!

Thanks again! For all you do!
