I see where you're coming from, that aggravates me too. But your sentence, wether it was joking or not, annoyed me because it looks to me like you're assuming everyone who doesn't like a certain villager doesn't like them either because they're popular, or jealous they don't have that villager. I can't speak for everyone, but I don't like Julian because his personality is smug, and I don't like the smug personality. And there's his unicorn-ness, which just isn't my taste. c:

Ok here is a super personal one but i don't really agree with having white tigers in the game.
This has nothing to do with them being popular. Actually, i loved Rolf in the first game and used to love white tigers when I was younger, but that was before i knew what white tigers were. White tigers aren't a special rare breed of tiger, they are a genetically mutated regular tiger. That's fine in and of itself, but ever since the 80's when humans became captivated by the white bengal tiger almost all white tigers have been forcefully bread in captivity and are the results of copious amounts of inbreeding. This has lead to a lot of these tigers being sickly and dying early, all because humans think they are pretty. So while it's not actually a bad thing to put white tigers in a children's game, most people would say it's harmless, the politics behind the whole ordeal leaves me with a weird feeling in my stomach. Also I'm definitely not trying to say "remove white tigers from animal crossing!" I just think more people should be aware of the whole problem with them. That's all.

I'd have to go with Beau. I got him naturally in the game, and he's cool but I don't get what's the big deal about him. Also, Marshal. Everyone's talked about him though so I dont need to say more lol.

OH! I forgot about Stitches! He showed up in my campsite one day and he's creepy looking in my opinion! I don't get the attraction! He looks like a broken stuffed animal that was sewn back together and then magically brought to life! He creeped me out and I could not imagine having him in my town.
