Terrible Club Tortimer experiences?

I've had TONS of terrible experiences on Club Tortimer, and I'd like to hear other's bad experiences. One of the worst ones was when I went onto the island, and this guy keeps telling me how cute my character looks..I'm freaked out already, but then he asks me to MARRY him. I tell him no, then he goes ballistic and starts running around the island screaming, 'MARRY ME OR I'LL KILL YOU!' and,'YOU ****ING *****' So, what's yours?

When I was younger, someone put on a nude outfit and then started...rubbing themselves on my character...saying......"mmm" and...............****

I haven't really had bad experiences, but the worst has been when I was just walking around the island and then the girl said **** you but all the letters were symbols for example the c was the symbol c in the circle. I said "what" and she said "nothing", and that was it nothing else happened on that island.

a lot of people try to "troll" others by just swearing & using petty insults, but what can u do about it...

there was also this girl who wanted to start a relationship with me and she said "you be the masculine!" she was also 11 or something haha

Pretty much my experience too. It makes me kinda wish Club Tortimer could be sorted by age range.

I haven't had too many bad experiences since I generally avoid random encounters as much as possible-- But the first time I ever went on club tortimer (actually this year) there was a kid begging for bells, and someone said "only if you take off your clothes" the other player got confused and asked how, the other person put on a nude suit and ran around...? I just dropped my bells and kinda... I dunno, I'm 24, I wasn't exactly phased so much as just confused and concerned for any other players that might be less comfortable with that sort of behavior. People are odd ^^;;

i once met this really weird kid who would say, "HEY WATCH ME DO POK?MON IMPRESSIONS" and when someone said "lol" he said "GRR" and errored

The only terrible experience for me is when people beg for bells, and when I give them some they ask for more. Like why can't you just go catch some bugs or something instead of bothering people?..

I've had a couple of bell-begger experiences along with just annoying kids. i noticed that im usually older than the people on the island, as i've met kids who are like 9-13. a lot of them look at my bell badge and they beg for bells.

one interesting experience quite recently was when this young kid like was typing in all caps and he was following me all over the island repeating "IM ACTUALLY REALLY GAY" "I LOVE U" "MERRY ME" and so on... lol

I get irritated by the kids that beg for bells or clothes, but the worst encounters for me were the idiots that didn't let you leave the island before the home button was added. I'm on a New 3DS XL so I have no WiFi switch, I've had to flip my router off a couple times just to error the game so I could leave. What a pain in the ass.

I haven't visited CT in a while now, it's just a disappointment every time.

Once a guy tried flirting with me, I left immediately. I think he meant it more as a joke than anything else, but it still made me uncomfortable. Also tons of kids begging for bells. Why? Earning bells is half of the game, just catch some bugs or fish yourself you're on the island. But as a side note I've also had some really nice experiences too.

there was this one guy that tried really hard to "troll" by just swearing at me & using petty insults, but what can u do about it...

i went on for the 1st time yesterday in 6 months & there was this guy that forced us to do a little treasure hunt on the island & he kept on repeating "DO NOT TURN OFF WIFI" but i got free bells so...

yeah...I hate it when people ask for stuff on the island when they can just get it themselves...

I've actually never had a bad experience on Club Tortimer! All the people that I've met were pretty nice! Recently a girl gave me a 99k bag of bells for no reason ;pp
I kinda wish I had a "bad' experience though. Kids like that are so bad its good.

I've read many bad encounters people have had on CT, but (though I've only been a few times) people just say "hi/hello" or ignore me! Maybe I'm lucky? I tend to island hop, and I don't really have a reason to go since I got the item I wanted (shouldn't go if I don't plan on socializing, I guess).

I was actually expecting "something" to happen, but I figured since the game's been out a few years, the little trolls would've moved on by now (unless they came back for the update, and begged their parents for amiibo). Is CT still a haven for them?

Unfortunately, yes. This troll got me good last week, and yesterday I found out he turned it into a youtube video.....I'm not humiliated by what i said that much, but im humiliated of the person who made the video.. R.I.P me T.T

I've been to the islands plenty of times without encountering any trolls but last week I finally encountered one so I decided to make the most out of it.

He was asking for billions of bells because he had seen my bellionaire badge but I trolled him back saying "the IRS took all my bells" and stuff. I told him I was gonna make him some money so I gathered all the bananas on the island and went and sold it to the little kappa girl. Kid was asking how much I got. I got 59 bells. I think the kid was expecting a bit more. lol Finally he locked the island saying I couldn't leave if I didn't pay up. That's ok. I told him I didn't mind spending time with him. Then he changed his mind and said he was gonna leave if i didn't pay up. lol He started counting down from 10 but every time he got to 5 he started over. Poor kid. He was quite polite though. Never uttered a single bad word. I felt kinda bad trolling him like that. :/ But it was fun.
