Cycling Temp cycling 4 villager slots [IN: Cookie | OUT: Lily]

So I'm unhappy with 4 of my villager slots and I'd like to cycle until I'm happy with them. I've been doing this for a while now, but a cycling thread just seems easier to keep track of things

Stuff you should know:

• There aren't really any rules.
• My town is underdeveloped so I don't care if you run. Take any flowers you want, just try not to erase my paths.
• I will probably auction or trade off tier 1 villagers so that I can get closer to my dream village. (Curse you, Marshal.)
• No reservations. First come, first serve once they've pinged me to move.
• Tier 5 villagers are autovoided.

So the villagers I have now are:

1. Lily the Normal Frog
2. Gala the Normal Pig
3. Cookie the Peppy Dog
4. Gwen the Snooty Penguin (autovoid)
