I always love going to others and see their themes and how creative people are. I hope with the new switch game people can be more creative with it. I just got the game after selling all my ds games thinking the switch one would come out like yesterday, so my town ins?t very pretty yet.

I am rught now trying to get rid of everyone in my town besides two people who i never thought i would like, but i have Chester and Ankha. Everyone else isn?t that popula and i don?t like them. The theme i usually deorate my town with is woodsy theme and very mellow.

Tell me about your town!

Right now I?m putting all my focus onto my second town, Stardust |D It?s intended to have a vaporwave-ish vibe; a focus on nostalgia and taking s bit of a dreamlike state. Trees will likely be minimal, I?m focusing on building a town proper with all my animal residents + the camp, with the other half of town being a sort of park. Lots of flowers and shrubs, and fountains being my primary PWPs ^^

It doesn't exist. Planning on remaking it either tomorrow afternoon or the day after. I had an old town, but I'm an idiot and misplaced my 3DS for two months and my villagers moved out. Soooo slapping that massive redo button.

He good part of that is if your tiwb us worth money you can sell it to nook and he gives you money for it and it goes towards your new town

Aha, thanks! :D I’m really excited, I reset last week and have been cycling residents through to test housing placement, I only just got it laid out to where I can safely start getting my ideal villagers xD

Fuschia and Bud were random move ins but actually fit the theme quite well? So they get to stay. I’m looking to get Muffy back in, ideally Julian and Stitches as well... oh and Coco! I think Whitney and/or Fang were on there too, but I lost the list I’d written up a while back |D But the first four are my main must-haves...

So I had like a revelation today.

I was looking up all the PWPs because I'm just now starting to decide what to theme my town. I was reading a guide and stuff and I realized that only certain PWPs can be requested by certain personalities. I was like oh, I should probably make my dreamies one of each personality then! So I'm scrolling through the lists, writing down who I wouldn't mind having in my town, and I like to pair them off like couples for some reason so I was making sure I had two of whichever species I was writing down.

When I was going back through the lists to pair them off I realized every single personality had a penguin listed that I liked.

So now, Everdusk shall be known as PENGUINTOPIA!

I'm going to work on getting them then I'm probably going with a forest/nature/Zen theme in my town eventually.
One step at a time I keep telling myself lol

Oh my god i love that!!! When the switch comes out do you think you’ll do the same? See i don’t see that all the same type of characters. Did you get them all? I see your signature but didn’t know if that was made before hand? You can do a plot twist theme like penguins are cold and winter so something totally random that penguins dont like or care for.

I always do that. When i first got my game i got a map that i thought would like. I had to play in it first to see if i liked the layout if my paths would follow and then if i liked it i was like okay i’ll keep it. I just did that now so its like okay lets get characters i like. I didn’t want to time travel but i gave in today

I just updated my signature to show the ones I want but don’t have them yet!
And I’m probably going to wait awhile for the new game because I don’t have a Switch and don’t plan on buying one right now cause I would only want it for AC. I bought one for my boyfriend already and I’ll see how the game is whenever he gets it then I’ll make a decision lol

*Warning, long rant. Sorry but I really like my towns*

So Moriyo, which is technically my second town but now used as my first since the restarting of New Town, is my main town and out of all four of them, is the most complete. It's magical nature themed set in glorious fall with pink, yellow, white and purple flowers. All of my dreamies have some sort of magical aspect to them, such as Stiches and Tia, who were inanimate objects but probably came alive due to some spell or fairytale-like story. Then there the more obvious ones like Julian, Phoebe and one day Drago.
Even thou it's a magical town, only Soren and Kasumi are the really spell-casters. Dulce runs the Luna Blue Caf? and Azrielle oversees the moon temple. Soren runs the magic general store, which was actually inspired by a random conversation I had with Molly when she was camping in my town. Kasumi's house is more house like, but she has a botany study in the basement and a spell casting potion brewing room in the back.

So, Treehut.
Treehut's name serves two purposes, 1 as a reference to WW where the designs in the Able Sisters came from a town called Treehut. 2, Treehut is supposed to sound like little town that could be featured in a Rune Factory game. Treehut is strongly Rune Factory Frontier and Rune Factory 4 based, with similar locations and interiors. Even every single villager there in some way can resemble a RF monster, some more than others.

Luminosa is the town set in eternal summer, named after the way the moon 'illuminates a path' on the ocean. This town is a tropical escape with the residents having an odd liking to the moon, even building shrines for it. All the animals there were once vacationing, but they loved the place so much that now they permanently rent the villas there.

Secret is going to be remade but it's going to be a casual light fall town. I use both Secret and Luminosa as casual towns, and to cycle for my dreamies for my other towns.

My current town of Gothica is a remake of my old town Achrome. It’s supposed to be creepy cute. A lot of dark rooms, dark villagers, but no horror. You won’t see blood or anything down right scary. My old town was called Achrome. This time around I designed Gothica to recreate Achrome’s theme and choose better fitting character names. Also, some houses previously weren’t very put together. On Gothica I’m aiming to make the houses themed and to have them match overall all through the house.
I haven’t really finished it yet but getting there. I’m currently working on getting some public works projects and then I have to start setting up permanent villagers (cole, Kiki, Mathilda, nan, rodeo, roscoe)....and maybe narrow down which other villager I want for the remainder four.

My town is a mixture of all the things I love, but since all of them don't look good together I used the river to split the town into two sections.

The right side is the 'old' part of town and has a zen theme with bamboo lined paths and zen pwps. The train station, town hall, and my characters' houses are in the zen part of town. The color schemes are mostly more natural and subdued.

The left side is the residential area and that's where Retail and the villagers' houses are located. It has a windmill, a few fountains, and makes use of bushes rather than bamboo. It also has a more vibrant color scheme.

I only have one dream villager, Grizzly, because he was my best friend from my GameCube town. In addition to him, I decided that Hugh and Mint who were starting villagers will be permanent. Annalisa was invited from the campsite and is my only permanent zen villager at the moment. The other 6 villagers are constantly rotating because I love meeting new villagers. Their houses are laid out in a way that all I have to do is rearrange a few flowers when one moves out and another moves in. The rest of the landscaping can remain undisturbed. So, I'll continue to slowly cycle through these 6 villagers unless or until I find more villagers that I just can't bear to let go.

It's still a work on progress, but I initially wanted it to be laid back and loosey goosey and then I forced all my villagers into plots and made it all super planned. XD I want to go for a really nice residential neighborhood with lots of trees and bushes around. Not sure what to do with PWPs yet so I'm building a bunch of lights along the roads until my rude villagers suggest me stuff.

My town is still in development. It's called 'Skyfall' because I thought it sounds nice. The theme of it is 'me'. Which literally means I represent what I love in my town. Examples of this will be my paths being mario kart tracks (represents my love for motorsport), a Marvel themed house, a Pokemon themed house, either a soccer or tennis court. All of my rooms have some form of connection to me and what I love or who I am.

It's not the best theme or will be a pretty town but it's who I am and I think that's pretty cool

My town is still a work-in-progress but I’m going for a pink fairytale theme, with both forest and slightly magical/celestial influences. My town is called Moon Bay so I imagine it as a cute town by the sea which truly comes alive at night. I love the illuminated and fairytale PWPs so I have a lot of those around my town, as well as things like fountains and lots of flowers and trees. I’m still working on getting all my dreamies but I have a mix of cute natural looking villagers (such as Beau), pastel villagers and ones that I just generally love. I don’t aim for popular villagers, just ones that I love and I feel fit with my town too! I’m planning on creating a second character at some point too, and on using their house as a ice cream parlour and bakery. c:

Mine is just culmination of things I like mostly; nothing too particular.
The best generalization I may make of it is a gloomy forest town with a lot of white flowers.

Well if any penguins come in my town i will surly let you know and try to have them move out fast!

I like that split section, because thats how the real world is you have parts that are shopping and parts are community, very cute. I just want to visit all these towns. Everyones wording it so nicely its not doing me justice to imagine it because its probably better than i though.

I would love for them to add turtle characters or even skunks!. Im trying not to have popular townies just people i think are cute and nice. I always tried to aim for something more popular and had the best characters. Though i will always love Beau and Wolfgang, wolfgnang was my first ever love when i started playing.

My town’s decorations probably aren’t that impressive, as it’s mostly an assortment of trees along with some patches of flowers and sporadic PWP’s, haha

My town is very normal, It has a path going all around town~ there’s this lovely park I made and I’m working on a campsite too.

I plan on doing the beach up too since there’s just trees.

My town is called Home~ and when people visit I want to make them feel at home. :)
