OOOhhh! I just came up with this:
Telemarketer: Hello, my name is (so and so) and I'm with (so-and-so industries).
You: Oh well, hello. Sorry, but this is a bad time.
TM: It'll only take a second, I promise.
You: Are you deaf?! I said this isn't a good time!
TM: Sorry (sir or ma'am goes here). I just wanted a moment of your time. Can I get just a few quick second from you?
You: Are you (press a random button for a beeping noise)--ing deaf?! I said this is a bad time! Jesus! What the (hit another random button) is wrong with you?!
TM: Sorry to bother you (sir or ma'am). Goodbye. *click*
