So in this group you basically are against other teams (example: A-Squadron). What it is primarily about:
1. Raids (steal 5 replaceable item from another team's member)
2. Friendly trades (trade useful items like pitfalls, bushes, and jems)
There are a few other thing like totems:
Totems represent a team. A Totem is a PWP in a designated area in your town. Each team has it's own special Totem and Totem Item. A Totem Item is a non-orderable item that represents that you are able to do team actions (raids, trades, etc.) If your Totem Item is stolen you can't do anything until a teammate retrieves it.

There are also Power Gems!
These gems are used to defend a base.
Each gem has certain abilities
Sapphire: Freezes enemies for the duration of a raid
Amethyst: Makes an enemy only able to walk
Ruby: Makes an enemy drop one item stolen
Emerald: Makes enemy drop the Totem Item if it is in the opponent's inventory
Silver: Makes enemy drop all items (Totem Item included)
Gold: Lv. up (Lvs. TBD)

Rules of Raid (and a few others):
1. A team jacket must be worn during a raid. It cannot be taken off in the middle of a raid
2. If you hit with a net you are out of the raid permanently
3. Be honest when you are hit or effected by a gem
4. ONLY TAKE/DESTROY 5 ITEMS. Totem Item counts as an item
5. When chopping down a tree the tree falling and digging up the stump count a 2 item
6. Digging up pitfalls/items also count as a item
7. If a team leader's totem is stolen the team goes down aswell. The team can only be recovered when the leader gets a new one
8. You may not error or end multiplayer session during a raid
