Is the rankings based on the best with a certain character or who are the strongest players here overall?
im thinking of making a list of people wanting to participate and have everyone fight each other on the list 10 times, do some stats or some math **** and figure it all out from there. Thinking ahead if we finish around december, just call it the power rankings 2016 or some **** to reference the time

I would say I would be on the list, but I mainly play Smash for fun, not to be competitive. 
I'm banned online for another 14 years that won't work for me u should just take my word for it and that I'm the best player ok
Well, if you're looking for competitive placing, just know that there is no set of two people that is as evenly matched in a round of Sm4sh as Azza and I. He would agree too. Like literally. I bet in decimal terms we would only be a few sub-decimals off from each other. If we had to put one above the other, I'd say it's impossible. In fact the times we've won against each other is probably close to or maybe even the same. Other than that I believe Ramza and Rasumii are both really, really good at Sm4sh. Those are the type of users that would be in the top 10, more likely the top 5 alongside Prime and AkatsukiYoshi. 
If you guys are looking on making a thread about power rankings, you should look at the old tournament threads that people have hosted and use the places people got from there cumulatively along with insight on how good certain users are to make a list for a new power rankings thread.

To add to your list I would add:
3. Redsonic
4. Rasumii
5. Ramza
There are also a lot of other great smashers here. I would say you would be on the top 10 list Jav, but it is hard for me to give an accurate review since we only played in the randoms tournament. I would need to play everyone again as a matter of fact so I can make my accurate top 10 list.
Hehe, that's kind of confusing XD if you were asking if anyone wanted to do this, count me in!
Well we'd be limiting everyone to using their mains that they're already good at, so that doesn't happen.
