Okay, this is getting out of control. All these "Stop TBT" banners need to be found, and burnt. :|

Yeah, since Greenpeace is an enviromental protection agency.

It seems that TBT is a very toxic chemical that prevents algae from attaching themselves to vessels' hulls. That's why Greenpeace doesn't want it to be used, as it likely doesn't help the marine ecosystem when you put toxic chemicals in the water.
