Thank you all for playing in this setup! Overall I think this game was a success in that it has generated activity in this subforum again. I think most people here would agree that they enjoyed the game at the end of the day and that they had plenty of fun.

I designed this setup based around a cooperative domino effect. In essence, the Seraph Knight role was meant to target an obvious townie on Night 1. If that townie was hit, they would be alerted and could clear their name 100% in the thread. The Bus Driver would pick up on this and would start using that townie (say, a Mason!) to try and redirect kills onto the mafia. Of course this really only worked in a perfect world. I gave the mafia counter roles to each of the tools the town had (JOAT + Role Cop) to balance things out accordingly.

Some may argue that this setup was biased toward the scum side: you'd be somewhat right, but only because I was an idiot and thought putting in a Survivor would balance out a 20 player setup. Overall though I included the Traitor to be a handicap to this mafia. I originally made it to where mafia automatically lost if the Traitor was the last scum, but I figured that would make things boring.

I'd also like to acknowledge the elephant in the room.

I'm not trying to say this to target any specific member, but the conduct of a decent handful of people this game was downright not cool. I'll be writing up a separate thread on this later called "A Word on Civility - Learning to Cooperate and Love One Another" at a later time, so be on the lookout for that. Tldr, you know who you are. If you cussed out anyone in this game or made this an unfun experience for a decent handful of people or a specific person, consider talking it out and apologizing.

Guys, I am terribly sorry for my rude behavior earlier in the game. I'm not usually this mean and I think everyone here is really cool. I didn't mean any harm outside of this being a game. I understand that is was still rude and I am sorry.

Anyways, to make it up to the people I hurt the most, Punchy and Trundle, I'm willing to offer y'all 2 months of nitro for discord or a 20$ eshop gift card.

Anyways, this was a good game. Mafia played a really good game but the shawo/oath lynches were done amazingly. <3

Fun Fact: Evan had his vote on tae initially on Day 4, putting them at 4 votes. Had someone just voted tae earlier when they were at 3 votes, the game would have automatically ended in a hammer as a mafia victory.

Evan made sure to retract his vote when he realized this.

So yeah the stakes were extremely high on Day 4 lol town almost lost without realizing it. This is why I think the Traitor balancing things out a bit since the mafia couldn't coordinate to blitz tae.
