Trading TBT for IGB

i have a house in another town im trying to upgrade and i already have the forst floor completely expanded as well as one expansion from upstairs. i cant quite remember the number of total expansions for a house nor can i remember the total cost but basically i need as many bells as it would take to complete a full house expansion. if i dont have enough TBT to match your going rate then i will buy as many as my TBT will allow me to

hi! idk if you still need bells but i sell igb for 200,000 bells = 1 tbt

so for 36 tbt i'd do 7,200,000 bells?
