Trading TBT for IGB!

Hello! I have found that I sorta need some more IGB. I just started a new town and I'm too lazy to transfer some of my other town's funds to this one! I will do up to 100 TBT for 20 million IGB.
Here's a conversion chart, please refrain from doing anything lower than 5 mil IGB! (But if you absolutely need to, I'll take it!)

100 TBT --> 20 million IGB
50 TBT --> 10 million IGB
25 TBT --> 5 million IGB​

I will prefer doing it at my place, and using the retail method.
