The Re-Tail method of payment is where you, the bell receiver, put up items in your Re-Tail flea market space for me to buy, Usually 999,999 bells at each, and since your order is close to 9M, i'll round to that. So you'd put 9 items for 999,999 each, I buy them and then the money comes the next in-game day.
