Some people post threads accordingly to let others know ahead of time (in case they don't want the collectibles and want TBT or trades) when tickets are distributed and they can grab the desired collectibles. It's often an "honor system" of sorts since the different currency isn't distributed right away, so as with most transactions onsite, YMMV and proceed with caution.
