I was curious which section of TBT forums DO NOT accumulate tbt bells with your posts. anyone know?

Retail does. I post there almost daily. Villager Trading Plaza is a maybe.

probably so people can't plus of a board designed solely for TBT transactions

it'd be getting extra on top of initial gain if selling, and not losing as much if buying essentially

Only the basement. You get TBT Bells everywhere else on the site but the amount isn't the same for every board.
