Also to clear things up I have four characters in my main town, each all have over 300,000,000 on them so I can accept multiple offers, but I refuse to drop more than 20 mil in one go cause it sucks for me to do over and over. Also it took me forever to make that money, but I try to think of it as I can help new towns. I might consider dropping up to 40 mil but if I agree you have to understand I have a kid so I might take a while to get around to it.
