So I was trying this a few weeks ago and gave up because it wouldn't work. I took off everything. Glasses and hat even socks and shoes. I still had on jeans but I put on the wet suit over it and hot into the water. I left the console on (no sleep) and waiting for a few hours and still no tan. What did I do wrong? Im about to try again since it's after summer solitude. Before I would also try it in the early morning like 6am or 9am and stay for a few hours. When is the best time to and place to tan?
Also, does it matter if I have pants under the wet suit? I read somewhere that you have to have a skirt or shorts. I notice that touring is an option but the sky is never clear on the tours. They usually look like this minus the snow of course,

Does the sky have to be clearer than this or is this okay.
