Tangy's gender????

I think its her eyes... she needs some girly lashes or something.... I think I've just always known her as a girl since she was one of the first villagers I interacted with in GC... and in GC a lot looked ambiguous lol

yes its true.

The thing is I looked up her personality too when I got her and was surprised as well! Most peppys I annoy me. You can tell right away they're peppy. But Tangy is different... She's not like that. I love her! All in all, I think she's pretty unique.

as you can see she's in my town.... and she's my favorite! poor misunderstood orange cat

My older sister had Merengue in her town, then she moved to mine randomly, and every time she'd refer to two of my sister's characters as a "He" yet they're clearly females. At first I thought it was because her main character had a boyish haircut for a bit, but her second character was named after romanova from avengers and had a female hairstyle like hers, but was still referred to as a he.

I haven't google searched why this happened, but just sharing my experience with animals calling actual characters an opposite gender.

Don't think I experienced an animal calling another animal the opposite gender yet, but could have slipped passed me :p

lol thats funny^.

I don't know Japanese so I'm not familiar with the language structure, but I am fluent in italian and pretty good with french so I could see how genders could potentially get messed through translation. Its interesting how its a common error with ac.

Most of the time they just say awkward, weird stuff like "our mutual friend" and "our neighbour", but sometimes they say "he". I'm assuming the developers were just like "hey, let's just replace some of this weird stuff with he, bc it'll be right half the time and ppl will just think its a typo the other half. it'll be fine, what could possibly go wrong?"

or maybe there's a gender-neutral pronoun in japanese or something. idk

Tangy doesn't need to change. She's already perfect~

This actually makes a lot of sense...I never realized how often they did that. And come to think of I don't ever remember them using pronouns very often. That was probably another reason why I found it shocking, even though I'm sure its occurred other times but I somehow didnt file it away in my brain for future reference.
