Tangy's moving out of my town. Her house should be like 99% original, and she had her original shirt and catchphrase when she told me she was moving out, so hopefully it'll stay like that when I TT her into boxes.
You must be able to pick her up right away. I will not wait for you to TT out a villager, nor I will not wait for you to return from whatever you have going on. I will go to the runner-up in that case.
I'm ending this at 4pm PST since I don't want to keep her too long. Basically you have about 2 hours.
