Tam-o-shanter hat for USA?

So I really enjoy the look of this hat but after some googling I found out it is only available in EU. Does anyone know a way to get this in the US?

Very new to ACNL, how do I catalog an item and then be able to reorder it?

Someone who owns it pretty much just has to drop it on the ground and let you pick it up and then you'll have to drop it on the ground afterwards.

Then just go to your Nook's and order it.

You can catalogue things before you have the machine. You'd of course have to wait till you have it before you can order anything, but you can get the practical stuff done beforehand.

I'm in the uk and got it in the post yesterday, there was a bit of a delay with me getting it and I actually catalogued it before I got it . Lots of people (myself included) will let you catalogue it free of charge.

Someone will be kind enough to let you go to their town (unless you ask otherwise) and you just put it in your pocket and bam! :3 Pretty easy!
