I generally like to do 10 mil - 30 mil per session

I only do drop off


My rate is 1 mil IGB for 10 TBT ​

I'm thinking OP probably goes by a flat rate, so if 1 mil is 10 TBT then 10 mil would be 100 tbt, and so on.
