T.I.Y won't upgrade?

I passed the final Gracie fashion check around 3 days ago now, and they still haven't announced that they're upgrading I'm really confused! What do I do?

I think you also need to spend a certain number of bells and a certain number of days has to have passed since you built the T.I.Y

The upgrade to the department store (T&T Emporium) occurs after you have spent 100,000 bells in the shop. It must be at least 30 days since you built the home center. You also have to pass Gracie's fashion check at least four times before the emporium will open.
