When you have villagers in your void and you want to clear your void, whether you voided them by accident or on purpose,
it's best to visit a FULL town, or a cycling town to 'unload/transfer' that villager there.
I would suggest that you just hang around for maybe 5 mins, just to be sure.

EDIT: And in this case, if you plan to give Tia away, I can give her away for free later when she's in boxes (I prefer NOT sell villagers from others' void and would give them away instead)
I asked if you want me to hold her, because I can do that too if you'd like her back for someone else, or you can hold her in your other towns. C:
