....I believe I picked up this term from Gracelia XD They used to have one evil Bam (or is it Bruce) in their cycling town who simply WON'T LEAVE. Must be best pals with O'Hare here.
Anyway, have you tried drastically changing the months/season when you cycle?
I've noticed that villagers who have the same month as the looping months you are using would be mighty difficult to leave.
It worked 99.99% of the time lol.
