I've gotten the mist shot (aka nose thingy) and it's better than getting a normal shot in the arm, then again, I got it for the regular flu, but I'm pretty sure it's the same thing.

But no, a lot of people I know had a serious allergic reaction to the shot but I'm not sure to the nose one though.
