I've been trying to get the sweets roof for the past five months but to no avail.

Does anyone have the sweets roof (cookie roof) that I can come by to visit to request for my own town?

I'll only be able to come online to visit at ~9:30PM EST

I have the Sweets Roof currently. You're welcome to drop by, just send me a VM or PM when you're ready. Just make sure your void is clear before you visit, because I still only have 8 villagers in my town and I'm currently looking for some villagers.
