Buying Sweets, Princess, and 7-11 series!!

I've been searching for these series for a while now, and every time I'm close to getting them, something happens and the trade falls through. I really, really want these sets for my house, since I'm going for a fairy tale and food theme. I have a lot of bells, but I still don't want to overpay for anything. I know what each set is worth, so if your offer is too high I'll have to decline. But I also am willing to trade some items or villagers as well! Please, please help me get these sets, I will be so so grateful!!
