Hello, this might be a dumb question, but I heard that the sweets exterior items are limited to a certain time of year, but I can't find what time of year. Are they actually limited to a time or are they year round? If they are, what time?

I had the sweets exterior yesterday so I know that at the very least it does show up in wintertime. I don't know if it's limited to a certain time of year - it would be incredibly silly if that was the case, though.
