I'm honestly not sure. They just announced that "select" Platinum members will be receiving 4 codes via email later today. If this thread gets deleted and you happen to get some, just PM me.

This is what an article stated:

Club Nintendo members who have achieved Platinum status between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014, have registered Nintendo 3DS hardware or software, and have opted in to receive emails from Club Nintendo will receive an email containing four download codes for the demo, according to Nintendo's press release.

Hopefully you get them. All the articles say "later today" but I'm not sure what that really means.

Lol yeah, and people are even trying to get Platinum now not knowing about it being last year's Platinum. Make sure you're opted in to receive emails from club nintendo if you can.
