This thread will easily get locked due to constant bumping for sure.

The banner... I don't think it will attract users.

I would love to help with the design if you haven't found a good one, yet it takes an admin for that, and an admin is a big responsibility.

Yeah I agree. ACE just reached 100 members and we planned to add a mod then, but we added him early. We have 2 mods, 1 main admin: me, and two co-admins.. Nikoking is one and he mainly helps with the board design, while the other, Tyler, deals with posting and accounts.
Just wait.. you don't want too many mods or the members could be intimidated by the large amount at such an early time. Wait until you start getting a lot of members before you add mods. TBT has almost 6k members and only what.. 4 mods.. 2 admins. Everything is running well here. :gyroiddance:

Wow that's a lot. I don't expect for my site to start actually growing and becoming active until... well, a new AC comes out. This site has a lot of members mainly from the release of ACCF and a lot of advertising before the game came out. Oh well, I guess I gotta wait about 3 more years for AC.
 
You should make the members color be yellow or something. Atleast something else other than white, or brown..
 
Wait, what does fudge have to do with AC? And I think that you should let someone like Tuck make you an awesome banner.

In spite of ACE's strong growth during the first few days and weeks, I don't think any other forum will become great like TBT. The fact is: there are too many Animal Crossing forums. I don't mean to be pessimistic, but I wouldn't really be surprised or alarmed if ACE just stopped at a dead halt. Less and less posts each day... TBT is like a... a vaccuum. We, other small sites.. we are.. dust clumps. Our members are dust particles. (Not calling us dirty or anything) TBT's greatness and activity and potential sucks all of the dust particles up.. and doesn't spit them back out. With no dust particles, what is left of the clump that was once made up of particles. TBT has became great over time, because it was probably at one point one of the very few AC forums. Just because TBT is growing doesn't mean it will likely stop. The more members= the more members. I am actually quite shocked that ACE has grown the way it has recently, but I'm guessing that this slowing down of growth won't last for long.. it'll plummet to the worse state of a site: inactivity. I am just saying this, not to be on anyone's "side", but I am just stating the fact that there are too many AC sites. Don't get me wrong; I like it how people are beginning to work and create their own forums and to be inspired (I even am), but still... TBT is dah bomb.

(TBT is a GOOD vacuum)
