Alrighty-roo. I got a town that I don't have the most flowers in the world (it's meant to be more of a mountain city with LOTS of cedar trees around.)

I plan on changing my flowers to fit the season/holiday. For example, right now I have black and orange lillies for Halloween and will likely change the black out for some kind of yellow/another type of orange for thanksgiving.

But I need ideas for winter. Any thoughts on what flower color/combos would work with snow and stuff?

I think blue pansies would be amazing for a winter theme :D They are both white and blue! Not sure which flower or colour to couple it with though, but those are the most winter-flowers I know :D

I know this might sound strange, but if I were doing flowers for a Winter theme, I would do purple and blue. Like purple and blue violets or purple and blue pansies. Personally I think those would look great with the white snow.

Personally I think blue and white roses could look nice, as could blue and white pansies. Depending on the color scheme of your town overall, red and white roses/pansies would look lovely if you want a more Christmassy vibe. It would pair nicely with the holly as well. Since white pansies are both white and purple, you could try out some Jacob's Ladders and see how they look.

Personally, for winter, I love a combination of blue violets and white roses. You could also add blue roses! :)
