(suggestion) Regional item trading thread

I think the New Leaf board would be better if there was a thread that was always at the top of the trading board like "Buy, sell, and trade items that can only be gotten from the European/Japanese/American/Korean New Leaf here!"! c:

I think the admins don't want the trading forums to get cluttered with stickied threads for specific types of items.

I think a thread for rare item trading would be pretty handy, actually. Lord knows there are a lot of people who search them out in seeking threads.
