Yes it is ^.^ Providing you have been through 16 villagers since they moved out, you can get them back

This is not a stupid question! There are (almost) no stupid questions XD
Kabuki is already reserved, and I do not double reserve villagers. But if his reserved person does not respond in Kabuki's 30 minute hold time, I can contact you that he is in boxes if you would like. You may reserve any villager that is not Tier 1 or Tier 2, and that is not already on the reserved list ^.^
