I think that a lot of memes can be funny, but only if they're used at the right time.
I mean I've laughed at 'what are those' once, but that was because it was Peppa Pig, and I found that hella funny for some reason. I've laughed at Shrek memes sometimes, Pepe maybe once... It really just depends on when they're used for me tbh.
But the only thing that gets me every time is 'but then who was phone' which unfortunately nobody has used in about six years.

shrek is love, shrek is life should just die out already. two people in my class uses it at least twice a day and it makes me want to strangle someone

I actually find all these memes hilarious because they're so overused. Pepe is great, John Cena is great, and so is Shrek. I'm not as big of a fan as memes originally found on Vine, though, like Deez Nuts, What are those, and so on.
