Stuck at the airport screen

I need help I have been stuck at my airport on the departure screen for hours it won’t load to take me to another island, my wifi is working fine the game isn’t frozen. I typed the dodo code in and it just isn’t coming up with the dialogue to take me to the plane to travel. Not sure what is causing this issue I’ve never had this happen before and I would really like it resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you I just checked for corrupt data and it said none was found

I googled this exact question and got linked to this thread!!!!!

My game is stuck I was trying to leave to fly and my screen just has me waiting at the airport

I am not sure how to get out of the screen without loosing all I have done
