stubborn villagers

I've been trying to move out a completely normal villager out for almost 3 days using my continuous and fool-proof way of moving villagers out, but one of these villagers just. won't. move!!!! I've stayed up until 3 for a few days trying to move them out and they haven't pinged me at all. xD Keep in mind that it's just a normal, non-amiibo villager. Their house is in a bad spot but it's not like the game can read my mind right?

Plus I need to hurry it up to move in a different villager! It's getting a little stressful! ;w;

Were they the last villager to move in? The 10th villager can be very difficult to move out. My last villager to move in was Zucker and I've never once gotten pinged by him asking to leave. I've heard it is possible, but extremely rare. All you can do is keep trying, unless you have amiibo cards to kick them out with.

yeah... but I've never had a problem like this with all of my 10th villagers before! they moved out just as easily in the past! huh.
I don't have any amiibo cards, (I do have figures) but those are nearly impossible to move out. (proven by wolf link in my town. xD)
I'm trying to move out Fang but he's just not budging. ;o; gonna keep trying!

Yes, Bill and Tabby were two of my starters and they would NOT leave!!! I was so frustrated lol

I'm about a week into my new town and Alphonso followed me all the way from my reset town. I wouldn't mind if he was in another spot but his house is right in the middle of a potential pathway, which was the same problem I had with him in my other town. He's earned the name path ruiner. I remember he took a long time to move out of my old town and I fear it will be the same again.
