Streetpass voiding question?

So I was a dumbut and accidentally voided Avery from my other town when switching my gamecard from my XL to my 2DS. Since he was voided from the town on my 2DS, will he appear on the one in my XL due to streetpass?

Edit: He was in boxes when he was on my XL, but when I moved the gamecard onto my 2DS his house plot was gone. Is he still able to move in to my XL?

You'd have to have two separate games for that to happen.

Yep they're both separate. I'm wondering if he'll go to the game on my XL since he was voided from the on on my 2DS.

Oh, I guess I misunderstood. If you have space for another villager, then he'll probably show up in your other town.
