Streetpass Question

Hi!
I was wondering if there was any way to stop the streetpass function where other players villagers move into your town as your 10th?
Recently I've been trying to get rid of two villagers but whenever one leaves, a 10th one moves in. I use the streetpass function daily and I'm not really wanting to turn it off completely [as I like exploring others players houses], it's just the 10th villager function I don't want!
Obviously if there is no other way I will have to turn it off for the game completely, but if anyone knows of any alternatives please let me know!

Ask people to clear their void before they visit you or you visit them. There's really no 'way' to stop this.

Well, it's Streetpass, so unless she stops and tells everybody who gets close to her while she's outside to clear their void, I don't think that would work out too well lmao xD
