Hi, so I have a question about how villagers are sometimes passed to other people's towns that you've wified with! So my brother and I were playing in my town and I tt to make my emporium open faster. Long behold, my jock dreamie Mott moved out. Surprisingly, he moved to my brother's town! Do I need to cycle 16 villagers to get him back or what happens?

Yeah, you need to do the 16 villager cycle.
